The Edge21 Growth Audit

Find the gaps between interest and revenue.

A documented review of how buyers find you, decide to trust you, inquire, and reach your sales team. You get evidence-based findings, priorities, and a plan. You do not get a stack of random marketing tasks.

Built For

Established service businesses, at a decision point.

You have a real offer and customers. But inquiries are unpredictable, your marketing providers work in separate lanes, a location or service is expanding, or you're investing in visibility without knowing what happens after someone clicks.

The Growth Audit is a paid, defined-scope diagnostic. It is not the free Growth Leak Check, an SEO guarantee, or an automatic commitment to ongoing services.

WHO

Owner-led service businesses

A service people already buy, operational capacity to take new business, and a decision-maker ready to act.

WHEN

Growth has become uneven

Lead quality is unclear, vendors are disconnected, a new market is opening, or the owner wants to stop guessing where to invest.

OUTCOME

A documented decision plan

Know what evidence supports, what remains unknown, and which fixes to prioritize before paying for execution.

The Scope / 12 Steps

Exactly what we review.

A consistent audit checklist. Every finding is labeled observed, data-supported, or requiring verification. Access-dependent items are reported as unknown when the data isn't available.

01

Goals & Baseline

Confirm the priority service, service area, desired customer, capacity, inquiry sources, and meaningful business measures.

02

Buyer & Offer

Review who buys, what triggers a decision, offer clarity, objections, differentiators, and how buyers compare alternatives.

03

Website Journey

Walk through the key website and landing pages on mobile and desktop. Review clarity, navigation, trust, friction and calls to action.

04

Local Search Presence

Review the Google Business Profile, key service and location signals, basic search visibility, citations and reviews where relevant.

05

Content & Social

Check whether existing posts, articles and channels support the buying journey, credibility and clear next steps.

06

Traffic & Campaigns

Review available campaign setup, landing-page alignment, traffic sources and ad-to-lead measurement, if campaigns and access exist.

07

Lead Capture

Test visible forms and calls to action with permission. Review contact routing, consent language, lead magnets and inquiry channels.

08

Lead Tracking

Check which events and sources are measured and whether the business distinguishes contacts, actions, qualified leads and booked work.

09

Response & Handoff

Map what happens after an inquiry: alerts, ownership, response expectations, appointment routing, CRM handoff and follow-up.

10

Proof & Buyer Confidence

Inspect reviews, examples, testimonials, FAQs, guarantees, qualifications and case-study evidence for accuracy and usefulness.

11

Measurement Gaps

Record available baselines, identify missing data, and separate likely opportunities from results we cannot yet confirm.

12

Prioritized Action Plan

Rank fixes by business impact, evidence confidence, cost and effort. Assign first steps and recommend a 30/60/90-day sequence.

What We Need

Information determines accuracy.

We start with a short intake, a conversation with the decision-maker, and access to the relevant website, business profile, marketing accounts, CRM summaries and lead information available. We work with existing vendors where possible.

If access is incomplete, the report will identify what was not verified. We will not invent traffic, lead volume, booking rates or return on investment.

What Is Not Included

Clear boundaries protect your investment.

The Growth Audit does not include redesigning the full website, publishing content, running ads, configuring every tool, making sales calls, or guaranteeing lead or revenue increases. Deep technical SEO, legal/privacy compliance reviews, custom development and extensive platform migrations are separate scopes.

Timeframes and investment are confirmed after fit and access are reviewed, before any work begins.

After The Audit

You decide what happens next.

Keep the action plan for your own team, hand it to your existing partners, or have Edge21 scope a defined implementation engagement. I lead the priorities and review results while coordinating qualified help for execution. You approve the deliverables, responsibilities and budget first.

A Specific Example

A new location, without a lead history.

Consider a service location with a thin corporate page, a recently created Google profile and no local social presence. We document what exists, verify the local customer journey, review tracking and lead ownership, and define which changes come first. If forms start collecting contacts, we distinguish unique people from repeat submissions and check whether inquiries reached the sales team. We do not call a guide download a booked appointment or an appointment a sale.

This is an illustrative audit scenario, not a claim of client results or a published case study.

Make your next investment an informed one.

Tell Edge21 what is happening in your business. We'll confirm fit, access requirements, scope, price and timeline before beginning the paid audit.
